How is tax calculated on my order?
We calculate sales tax according to Federal and State guidelines. Tax is calculated based on the shipping address and the appropriate rules for that tax jurisdiction.
Does HeyyGirl Collections offer gift receipts?
We do not offer gift receipts.

How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation message via email and/or SMS once your order has left our warehouse that includes a tracking link for your order
Does HG Collections ship to military addresses?
We offer standard shipping to APO/FPO addresses. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer express shipping to APO/FPO. APO/FPO orders can only ship via Standard Shipping.
Does HG Collections ship internationally?
HG Collections does not ship internationally.
What is HG Collections return policy?
Any new, unused item purchased on site may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of
delivery. Please review our full return policy prior to returning your item.
How do I cancel or change my order?

Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we are unable to perform online exchanges. If you need to exchange any or all of your purchased items, please first check availability on our site. If the preferred item is available, please place a new order and follow the return instructions above to send back your original order. If purchased in store you can come by and exchange the item.
