RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

For a complete refund of the retail value, you can return any things you’ve bought that are still in their original, unused, unopened packaging. Within 30 days of the original ship date, we accept returns.

The following goods are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, so please be aware of that:

  • lingerie, bras, panties, shapewear, and personal clothing
  • swimwear, bikini tops, bottoms, and sets, as well as swimming suits
  • earrings
  • a face mask
  • gift certificates and everything tagged “Final Sale”

 

It is not possible to return anything bought from a HeyyGirl Collections location to HGCollections.net.

Except for online purchases made using PayPal or Klarna, refunds for online purchases returned in-store will be granted in the original mode of payment.

All shop returns for online purchases made with PayPal or Klarna at this time are only eligible for product credit.

Returns by mail: Your order will come with a return form. To return an item, fill out the form and include it with the unwanted goods.

We provide a return label with each box for your convenience. When we complete your return, a charge of $7.95 will be taken from your refund if you decide to utilize our return label. But in the odd case that we unintentionally delivered you the wrong or damaged goods, please contact us right away through email or phone, and we’ll pay for the shipping costs to send the box back to us.

Please give your return processing 5 business days from the time we receive it. Once we’ve received and processed the returned item, we’ll send you an email to let you know how much you’ll be refunded. Only the original mode of payment will be reimbursed if the return is accepted. You cannot get your original order’s shipping costs back. Please give your refund at least 1 billing cycle before expecting it to show up on your credit card statement.

Please adhere to the guidelines below when using the return label that was sent with your package:

Step 1: Fill out the Packing Slip’s Returns section.

Step 2: Pack the box with the items and the packing slip.

Step 3 is to package the return and tape it shut.

Step 4: Attach your package’s return label (Note: Make sure to cover or remove the original shipping label)

Step 5: Drop off your parcel with your neighborhood mail carrier or at any U.S. Post Office location.
